COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 514/94 of 8 March 1994 introducing a new countervailing charge on fresh lemons originating in Turkey, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 475/94

This Regulation shall enter into force on 9 March 1994. Whereas, in accordance with Article 3 (1 ) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 21 18/74 Q, as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 475/94 is hereby repealed.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
