amending Regulations (EEC) No 1192/93, (EEC) No 1193/93, (EEC) No 1194/93 , (EEC) No 1195/93, (EEC) No 1196/93, (EEC) No 1197/93, (EEC) No 1198/93, (EEC) No 1513/93, (EEC) No 1514/93, (EEC) No 1516/93 , (EEC) No 1517/93 and (EC) No 151 /94 opening standing invitations to tender for the export of cereals held by the intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, amended by Regulation (EC) No 340/94 (20), should be postponed ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92 Committee for Cereals, of 30 June 1992 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as amended by Regulation (EEC) HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : No 2193/93 (2), and in particular Article 5 thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2131 /93 (3), In Article 4 (3) of Regulations (EEC) No 1192/93, (EEC) as amended by Regulation (EC) No 1 20/94 (4), lays down No 1193/93, (EEC) No 1194/93, (EEC) No 1195/93, the procedures and conditions for the disposal of cereals (EEC) No 1196/93, (EEC) No 1197/93, (EEC) held by the intervention agencies ; No 1198/93, (EEC) No 1513/93, (EEC) No 1514/93, Whereas the last partial invitation to tender under (EEC) No 1516/93 and (EEC) No 1517/93, '24 March Commission Regulations (EEC) No 1 192/93 (^ (EEC) 1994' is replaced by '26 May 1994'. No 1 193/93 (6), as last amended by Regulation (EC) Article 2 No 325/94 Q, (EEC) No 1 1 94/93 (8), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 372/94 (9), (EEC) No 1 195/93 (10), as In Article 4 (3) of Regulation (EC) No 151 /94, '23 March last amended by Regulation (EC) No 325/94, (EEC) 1994' is replaced by '25 May 1994'. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
