COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 881/94 of 21 April 1994 determining the extent to which applications lodged in April 1994 for import licences for fresh, chilled or preserved beef and veal under the import arrangements provided for in the Bilateral Agreement between the Community and Sweden can be accepted

Whereas Article 2 (2) of Regulation (EC) No 266/94 states that if during 1994 the quantities for which applications for import licences have been submitted for the first, Article 2 second or third period specified in paragraph 1 of that Article are less than the quantities available, the This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 April 1994.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
