COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 887/94 of 21 April 1994 abolishing the countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Morocco

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European charge on imports of tomatoes originating in Morocco Community, can be abolished,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 3669/93 (2), and in particular the first subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EC) No 769/94 (3), as amended by Regulation (EC) No 831 /94 (4), introduced a Regulation (EC) No 769/94 is hereby repealed. countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Morocco ; Article 2 Whereas for tomatoes originating in Morocco there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; whereas the This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 April 1994.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
