(EEC) No 3013/89 results in the opening of invitations to tender for private storage aid ; Article 3 Whereas that Article provides for the application of these measures on the basis of the situation of each quotation This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 July 1994.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
