COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 2094/94 of 25 August 1994 fixing the import levies on live cattle and on beef and veal other than frozen

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, that the levies at present in force should be altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market Article 1 in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 1884/94 (2), and in particular Article 12 (8) thereof, The import levies on live cattle and on beef and veal other than frozen shall be as specified in the Annex Whereas the import levies on live cattle and on beef and hereto . veal other than frozen were fixed by Commission Regula­ tion (EC) No 1951 /94 (3) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules contained in Regulation (EC) No 1951 /94 to the quota­ This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 September tions and other information known to the Commission 1994.

(8) For imported products falling within these codes, the levy applicable is restricted within the conditions provided for in Council Regulations (EC) No 129/94, (EC) No 774/94, (EC) No 775/94 and Commission Regulations (EC) No 212/94, (EC) No 957/94 and (EC) No 1001 /94.
