COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 2120/94 of 29 August 1994 on the opening of a standing invitation to tender for the resale on the internal market of 414 357 tonnes of cereals held by the French intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, — 1 00 000 tonnes of bread-making wheat — 100 000 tonnes of barley Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European — 4 713 tonnes of fodder rye Community, — 50 000 tonnes of maize — 1 59 644 tonnes of sorghum Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92 held by it. of 30 June 1992 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EC) Article 2 No 1866/94 (2), and in particular Article 5 thereof, 1 .
