COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 2133/94 of 30 August 1994 suspending advance fixing of the export refunds for certain products processed from cereals and rice and cereal-based compound feedingstuffs

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, whereas the advance fixing of the export refunds on products processed from cereals and rice and cereal-based Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European compound feedingstuffs ; Community, Whereas Commission Regulations (EC) No 1723/94 (^ Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92 and (EC) No 2107/94 (6) suspend the advance fixing of of 30 June 1992 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EC) export refunds for certain products processed from cereals, No 1866/94 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 13 (7) thereof,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1418/76 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 21 June 1976 on the common organization of the market in rice (3), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No Article 1 1869/94 (4), and in particular the first paragraph of Article 17 (7) thereof, Advance fixing of the export refund for products listed in the Article 1 (1 ) (d) of Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92 and Whereas Article 13 (7) of Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92 Article 1 (1 ) (c) of Regulation (EEC) No 1418/76 is and Article 17 (7) of Regulation (EEC) No 1418/76 suspended from 31 August to 2 September 1994, except provide that the provisions concerning advance fixing of in the case of certain products processed from cereals for the refund may be suspended if the market situation which advance fixing of the export refunds is suspended shows that the application of these provisions is causing by Regulations (EC) No 1723/94 and (EC) No 2107/94. or is likely to cause difficulties ;

Whereas, in view of the uncertainty reigning on the Article 2 markets, there is a danger that the continuation of the present system could give rise to speculative operations ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 August 1994.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
