COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 2154/94 of 31 August 1994 fixing production refunds on cereals and rice

Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 1722/93 of 30 June 1993 laying down detailed rules for the arrangements concerning production refunds in the cereals and rice sectors (*), as amended by Regulation (EC) The production refunds payable on cereals and rice in No 1586/94 (*), and in particular Article 3 thereof, accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 1722/93 shall be ECU 63,07 per tonne. Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 1722/93 establishes the conditions for granting the production refund ; whereas the basis for the calculation is established in Article 3 of Article 2 the said Regulation ; whereas the refund thus calculated must be fixed once a month and may be altered if the This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September price of maize or wheat changes significantly ; 1994.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
