COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 2509/94 of 17 October 1994 amending Regulation (EC) No 2446/94 on the supply of cereals as food aid

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, 210 000 sacks + 100 needles and sufficient twine (2 m/bag)( u) Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, Markings in English — B : in bulk' ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3972/86 of 22 December 1986 on food-aid policy and food-aid 2. for lot C, point 10 of the Annex is replaced by the management ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No following : 1930/90 (2), and in particular Article 6 ( 1 ) (c) thereof, ' 10. Packaging and marking (6) Q : see OJ No C 114, Whereas Commission Regulation (EC) No 2446/94 (3) 29 . 4. 1991 , p. 1 (under IIA (2) (a) and IIA (3)) issued an invitation to tender for the supply, as food aid, Markings in English' ; of 73 850 tonnes of cereals ; whereas some of the condi tions specified in the Annex to the Regulation should be 3 . for lot D, point 10 of the Annex is replaced by the altered, following : ' 10. Packaging and marking (6) Q : see OJ No C 114, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 29. 4. 1991 , p. 1 (under II.B (2) (a) and II.B (3)) Markings in English' ; Article 1 4. for lot A, B, C and D the communication '94/ C Regulation (EC) No 2446/94 is hereby amended as 273/01 ' regarding the labelling and marking of the follows : packaging shall not be applicable to tenders submitted. 1 . for lots A and B, point 10 of the Annex is replaced by the following : Article 2 ' 10. Packaging and marking : This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its — A (6) : see OJ No C 144, 29 . 4. 1991 , p. 1 publication in the Official Journal of the European (under IIA (2) (a) and IIA (3)) in bulk + Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
