COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 2850/94 of 24 November 1994 abolishing the countervailing charge on fresh lemons originating in Uruguay
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, the conditions specified in Article 26 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the counter Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European vailing charge on imports of fresh lemons originating in Community, Uruguay can be abolished,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : market in fruit and vegetables (*), as last amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 2753/94 (2), and in parti Article 1 cular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Regulation (EC) No 2775/94 is hereby repealed.
