COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 2866/94 of 25 November 1994 fixing the refunds applicable to cereal and rice sector products supplied as Community and national food aid

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Article 17 of Regulation (EEC) No 1418/76 on export refunds are applicable mutatis mutandis to the above­ mentioned operations ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, Whereas the specific criteria to be used for calculating the export refund on rice are set out in Article 3 of Council Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92 Regulation (EEC) No 1431 /76 (*) ; of 30 June 1992 on the common organization of the market in cereals (!), as last amended by Regulation (EC) Whereas the refunds fixed by this Regulation are appli­ No 1866/94 (2), and in particular the third subparagraph cable without any variations, for all destinations ; of Article 13(2) thereof, Whereas the measures provided for this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1418/76 Committee for Cereals, of 21 June 1976 on the common organization of the market in rice (3), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 1 869/94 (4), and in particular Article 1 1 (2) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Article 2 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2681 /74 of 21 October 1974 on Community financing of Article 1 expenditure incurred in respect of the supply of agricul­ tural products as food aid (*) lays down that the portion of For Community and national food aid operations under the expenditure corresponding to the export refunds on international agreements or other supplementary the products in question fixed under Community rules is programmes, the refunds applicable for December 1994 to be charged to the European Agricultural Guidance and to cereals and rice sector products shall be as set out in Guarantee Fund, Guarantee Section ; the Annex.
