COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 2923/94 of 30 November 1994 amending Regulation (EC) No 2810/94 on the supply of fishery products as food aid

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Community, For lot F of Regulation (EC) No 2810/94, points 22 and 23 of the Annex are replaced by the following : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3972/86 of 22 December 1986 on food-aid policy and food-aid '22. Amount of the tendering security : ECU management ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3 940, 1930/90 (2), and in particular Article 6 (1 ) (c) thereof, 23 . Amount of delivery security : ECU 19 700 .'

Whereas Commission Regulation (EC) No 2810/94 (3) Article 2 issued an invitation to tender for the supply, as food-aid, of ECU 197 000 and 742 tonnes of fishery products ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its whereas some of the conditions specified in the Annex to publication in the Official Journal of the European the Regulation should be altered, Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
