COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 3029/94 of 13 December 1994 repealing Regulation (EC) No 1079/94 relating to the invitation to tender for the export of bread-making wheat held by the Danish intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals, Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92 of 30 June 1992 on the common organization of the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : market in cereals ('), as last amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 1866/94 (2), and in particular Article 5 Article 1 thereof, Commission Regulation (EC) No 1079/94 is hereby Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2131 /93 (3), repealed. as amended by Regulation (EC) No 120/94 (4), lays down the procedures and conditions for the disposal of cereals Article 2 held by the intervention agencies ; Whereas it is convenient to repeal the tenders under This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Commission Regulation (EC) No 1079/94 (*), as last publication in the Official Journal of the European amended by Regulation (EC) No 2981 /94 (6) ; Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
