COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 3031/94 of 13 December 1994 amending Regulation (EC) No 2117/94 on the opening of a standing invitation to tender for the sale on the internal market of cereals held by the Spanish intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Community,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92 of 30 June 1992 on the common organization of the Article 1 market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 1 866/94 (2), and in particular Article 5 thereof, Article 2 (2) of Regulation (EC) No 21 17/94 is replaced by the following : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2131 /93 (3), '2. The final date for the submission of tenders for as amended by Regulation (EC) No 120/94 (4), lays down the last partial invitation to tender shall expire on 6 . the procedures and conditions governing the offer for sale April 1995.' of cereals held by intervention agencies ;
