— of two successive market days, after suspension For imports of small-flowered roses (CN codes pursuant to Article 2 (2) (a) of that Regulation, ex 0603 10 11 and ex 0603 10 51 ) originating in Israel — of three successive market days, after suspension the preferential customs duty set by Regulation (EC) No pursuant to Article 2 (2) (b) of that Regulation ; 1981 /94 is re-established.
Whereas Commission Regulation (EC) No 2578/94 (4) Article 2 fixed Community producer prices for carnations and roses for application of the arrangements for importation from This Regulation shall enter into force on 17 December the countries in question ; 1994 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
