Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1269/2012 of 21 December 2012 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 585/2012 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes, of iron or steel, originating, inter alia, in Russia, following a partial interim review pursuant to Article 11(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009

EUROPEISKA UNIONENS RÅD HAR ANTAGIT DENNA FÖRORDNING

med beaktande av fördraget om Europeiska unionens funktionssätt,

med beaktande av rådets förordning (EG) nr 1225/2009 av den 30 november 2009 om skydd mot dumpad import från länder som inte är medlemmar i Europeiska gemenskapen (nedan kallad grundförordningen), särskilt artiklarna 9.4, 11.3, 11.5 och 11.6,

med beaktande av det förslag som Europeiska kommissionen (nedan kallad kommissionen) lagt fram efter samråd med rådgivande kommittén, och

HÄRIGENOM FÖRESKRIVS FÖLJANDE.

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009 of 30 November 2009 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Community (‘the basic Regulation’), and in particular Article 9(4) and Article 11(3), (5) and (6) thereof,

Having regard to the proposal submitted by the European Commission (‘the Commission’) after consulting the Advisory Committee,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article1¶

The entry concerning OAO Volzhsky Pipe Plant, OAO Taganrog Metallurgical Works,

OAO Sinarsky Pipe Plant and OAO Seversky Tube Works in the table of Article 1(2) of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 585/2012 is hereby replaced by the following:‘OAO Volzhsky Pipe Plant, OAO Taganrog Metallurgical Works, OAO Sinarsky Pipe Plant and OAO Seversky Tube Works 28,7 % A859’

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
