1993 års Torremolinosprotokoll till 1977 års internationella konvention i Torremolinos om fiskefartygs säkerhet Torremolinos den 2 april 1993
Regeringen beslutade den 29 april 1998 att ansluta sig till protokollet. Den 2 juli 1998 deponerades anslutningsinstrumentet hos Internationella sjöfartsorganisationens (IMO) generalsekreterare i London.
Protokollet har inte trätt i kraft.

Depositarie
1. Detta protokoll skall deponeras hos generalsekreteraren (nedan kallad depositarien).
2. Depositarien skall
a) underrätta alla staters regeringar som har undertecknat detta protokoll eller har anslutit sig till detta om
i) varje nytt undertecknande eller varje ny deponering av ett ratifikations-, godtagande-, godkännande- eller anslutningsinstrument samt om dagen därför,
ii) dagen för detta protokolls ikraftträdande,
iii) deponering av varje instrument om uppsägning av detta protokoll samt om dagen för mottagandet av detta och om den dag då uppsägningen träder i kraft,
b) översända bestyrkta kopior av detta protokoll till regeringarna i de stater som har undertecknat eller anslutit sig till protokollet.
3. Så snart detta protokoll träder i kraft, skall depositarien översända en bestyrkt kopia till Förena nationernas generalsekreterare för registrering och publicering i enlighet med artikel 102 i Förenta nationernas stadga.
