REGULATION (EEC) No 1935 /69 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 September 1969

amending Regulation No 1041/67/EEC on detailed rules for the application of export refunds on products subject to a single price system

particular in relation to bonding for export, the sub-heading No 17.02 B II, whether or not in the time-limits laid down in Article 11 of Regulation No form of products falling within sub-heading No 1041/67/EEC should be extended; 17.02 B I, entering into the products listed in Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 865/68 ' Whereas the measures laid down in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinions of the Mangement Committee for Oils and Fats, for Article 3 Cereals, for Pigmeat, for Sugar, for Milk and Milk Products, for Beef and Veal, for Products Processed The following shall be substituted for Articlc 7(1 ) from Fruit and Vegetables and for Poultrymeat and of Regulation No 1041 /67/EEC : Eggs ; ' 1 . ' For the application of the second indent of Article 7 ( 1 ) of Regulation No 139/67/EEC, of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : the second indents of Articles 6 ( 1 ) of Regulations Nos 175 /67/EEC, 176/67/EEC, 177/67/EEC, and 366/67/EEC, of Article 15 ( 2 ) of Regulation Article i (EEC) No 766/68 , of the second indents of Articles 6 ( 1 ) of Regulations ( EEC) No 876/68 , '31 October 1969 ' shall be substituted for '30 and ( EEC) No 885/68 and of Article 2 ( 1 ) ( a) of September 1969' in the first paragraph of Article 11 Regulation (EEC) No 1838/69, the exporter shall of Regulation No 1041/67/EEC. be bound to declare the origin of the product in question in accordance with the Community standards in force.' Article 2

The following second paragraph shall be added to Article 4 Article 12a of Regulation No 1041/67/EEC : 'The provisions of Articles 1 and 6a, 7 ( 1 ) and (3 ) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1969 . and 9 to 12 of this Regulation shall be applicable to exports of sugar falling within heading No 17.01 of the Common Customs Tariff and of It shall apply from 1 November 1969 in respect of glucose and glucose syrup falling with Articles 2 and 3 thereof.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
