REGULATION (EEC) No 571 /70 OF THE COMMISSION of 26 March 1970 determining the list of egg products covered by the provisions for the advance fixing of export refunds and the destination of such products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Whereas the export potential of these products makes MUNITIES, it advisable to provide for fixing refunds for each of them in advance ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community; Whereas exports to certain third countries which are distant from the Community are subject to special Having regard to Council Regulation No transport conditions and to the phasing of deliveries 122/67/EEC1 of 13 June 1967 on the common so that it is necessary to fix refunds for these organisation of the market in eggs, as last amended destinations in advance ; whereas, therefore, the list of by Regulation (EEC) No 436/70,2 and in particular these third countries should be determined; Article 9 (3 ) thereof; Whereas Article 9 (2) of Regulation No 122/67/EEC Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation provides for the advance fixing of export refunds; are in accordance with the Opinion of the whereas Article 5 (3 ) of Council Regulation No Management Committee for Poultrymeat and Eggs ; 175/67/EEC3 of 27 June 1967 laying down general rules for granting export refunds on eggs and criteria HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : for fixing the amount of such refunds, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 437/70,4 provides that such Article 1 advance fixing may cover all products listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) ( b ) of Regulation No 122/67/EEC; The export refund provided for in Article 9 of Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 204/69s of 28 Regulation No 122/67/EEC shall be fixed in advance, January 1969 laying down general rules for granting on application, for products listed in Annex I and export refunds on certain agricultural products exported to the countries listed in Annex II . exported in the form of goods not covered by Annex II to the Treaty and criteria for fixing the amount of Article 2 such refunds, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 489/70,6 provides that the system for fixing the rate of the refund in advance may be made to apply This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April to eggs in shell exported as ovalbumin ; 1970 .
