REGULATION (EEC) No 1232/70 OF THE COUNCIL
of 29 June 1970
amending Regulation (EEC) No 204/69 laying down general rules for granting export refunds on certain agricultural products exported in the form of goods not covered by Annex II to the Treaty, and the criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds

2. Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 1200/69 is hereby repealed. HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Article 1 Article 3 1 . The following subparagraph shall be added to Article 3 (3 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 204/69 : This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 19 / 0 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
