REGULATION (EEC) No 632/71 OF THE COMMISSION of 25 March 1971 suspending the standing invitation to tender for the export of raw beet sugar provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 258/71

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : MUNITIES,

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; The standing invitation to tender provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 258/71 is hereby suspended. Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/67/EEC 1 of 18 December 1967 on the common organisation of the market in sugar, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1253/70,2 and in particular Article 2 Articles 11 (2) and 17 (4) thereof ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 March Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 258/71 3 1971 . of 4 February 1971 on a standing invitation to tender to determine the export refund on raw beet sugar This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and required Member States to issue partial invitations to directly applicable in all Member States . tender for the export of raw beet sugar;

Whereas the situation with regard to disposal of Done at Brussels, 25 March 1971 . sugar surpluses makes it advisable to suspend the standing invitation to tender until a date to be determined at a later stage; For the Commission Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation The President are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Sugar; Franco M.
