REGULATION (EEC) No 1106/71 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 May 1971 amending, in respect of Austria, Regulation (EEC) No 1054/68 determining the list of agencies certifying the admissibility to certain tariff headings of certain milk products from third countries

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ certifying 'Austrian Esrom' falling within tariff MUNITIES, sub-heading 04.04 E I (b) 2 ;

Whereas this agency has undertaken to meet the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the requirements of Article 7 of Regulation (EEC) No European Economic Community ; 1053 /68 ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No "Whereas the list in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) 804/681 of 27 June 1968 on the common organisation No 1054/68 should therefore be amended; of the market in milk and milk products, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1253/702 and in Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation particular Article 14 (7) thereof; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Milk and Milk Whereas in accordance with Article 1 of Commission Products ; Regulation (EEC) No 1053/683 of 23 July 1968 defining the conditions under which certain milk products may be admitted to certain tariff headings, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2605/70,4 the admission of products from third countries to sub-heading 04.04 E I (b) 2 is subject to the Article 1 production of a certificate duly authenticated by an issuing agency appearing on a list to be determined ; 'Tilsit and Austrian Esjrom' shall be substituted for whereas this list was determined by Commission ' Tilsit' in the section relating to Austria in the Annex Regulation (EEC) No 1054/685 of 23 July 1968 , as to Regulation (EEC) No 1054/68 . 9 last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 375/71 6 ;

Whereas an agency may be included in the list only if Article 2 it meets the requirements of Article 7 of Regulation (EEC) No 1053 /68 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the third Whereas the 'Milchwirtschaftsfonds' in Vienna is the day following its publication in the Official Journal agency recognised by the Austrian Government for of the European Communities .
