REGULATION (ECC) No 1168/71 OF THE COMMISSION of 3 June 1971 fixing, in respect of oils and fats, the maximum tolerances referred to in Article 5 of Regulation (EEC) No 786/69

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : as at 31 December 1970, the maximum tolerance referred to in Article 5 (2) (c) of Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 786/69 is hereby fixed at zero.
Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 898/70 shall be 3 . In the case of olive oil* and in respect of supplemented by the following : accounts to be drawn up as at 31 December 1971 , the maximum tolerance referred to in Article 5 (2) (c) of '(c) as regards olive oil residues : Regulation No 786/69 is hereby fixed at :
the quantities, of olive oil sold shall be in — 0-40% of the quantities bought in during the creased by a weight equal to that of the oil 1967/68 marketing year, and in such residues ; this weight shall be : — 0-0.125% of the tons/months of storage since the date of buying in. 1 . — for tank bottoms, 96% of the weight recorded, and, Article 3 2. — for oil foots and dregs, 25% of the weight recorded.' For accounts to be drawn up as at 31 December 1969 and as at 31 December 1970 , the maximum tolerance Article 2 referred to in Article 5 (2) (c) of Regulation (EEC) No 786/69 is hereby fixed : 1 . Zero is hereby substituted for 0-55% in Article 1 . for colza and rape seed, at 0-45% of the quantities 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 898/70. . bought in,
2. In the case of olive oil, and in respect of 2. for sunflower seed, at 0-70% of the quantities accounts to be drawn up as at 31 December 1969 and bought in .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
