REGULATION (EEC) No 1189/71 OF THE COMMISSION of 7 June 1971

amending Regulation (EEC) No 757/71 on special rules of application for granting aid for exports of skimmed milk powder for use as feed and skimmed milk processed into compound feeding-stuffs

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation MUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Milk and Milk Products : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 804/68 1 of 27 June 1968 on the common organisation of the market in milk and milk products, as last The following shall be added to the Annex to amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1253 /70,2 and in Regulation (EEC) No 757/71 under tariff heading No particular Article 10 (3 ) thereof; 23.07 :

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
