REGULATION (EEC) No 1438/71 OF THE COMMISSION of 6 July 1971
further amending the Annex to Regulation No 451/67/EEC determining the quantity of potatoes required for the manufacture of 100 kg of starch
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM refund granted for the quantity of maize necessary MUNITIES, for the manufacture of 100 kg of starch ;

No amount of the refund ; 371 /67/EEC3 of 25 July 1967 fixing production refunds on starches and quellmehl, as last amended Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation by Regulation (EEC) No 2273 /70,4 and in particular are in accordance with the Opinion of the Article 5 thereof; Management Committee for Cereals ; Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 1120/71 ,5 of 31 May 1971 fixing the threshold price for cereals for HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : the 1971 /72 marketing year fixed the threshold price for maize at a higher level than that which was Article 1 operative for the 1970/71 marketing year; whereas, pursuant to Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation No 371 /67/EEC, this increase has resulted in an increase The Annex to this Regulation shall be substituted for in the amount of the production refund on maize for the Annex to Commission Regulation No starch manufacture; whereas, in accordance with 451 /67/EEC of 4 August 1967 determining the paragraph 2 of that Article, the production refund quantity of potatoes required for the manufacture of granted per 100 kg of potato starch is equal to the 100 kg of starch .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
