REGULATION (EEC) No 1504/71 OF THE COMMISSION of 14 July 1971

implementing, as regards products processed from fruit and vegetables, Regulation No 1041/67/EEC on detailed rules for the application of export refunds on products subject to a single price system

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Management Committee for Products Processed from MUNITIES, Fruit and Vegetables ;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : European Economic Community;

Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation No 865/68 1 of 28 June 1968 on the common organisation of the Reference to the products covered by Regulation market in products processed from fruit and (EEC) No 865/68 shall be added to those referred to vegetables, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No in Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation No 1041/67/EEC. 1425/71 ,2 and in particular Article 3a (6) thereof;

Article 2 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1426/713 of 2 July 1971 laying down general rules for Reference to the second indent of Article 5 ( 1 ) of granting export refunds on products processed from Regulation (EEC) No 1426/71 shall be added to the fruit and vegetables and criteria for fixing the amount Regulations listed in Article 7 ( 1 ) of Regulation No of such refunds; 1041 /67/EEC. «

Whereas products processed from fruit and Article 3 vegetables are from 15 July 1971 subject to a single export refund system; whereas, therefore, Regulation Reference to the first subparagraph of Article 5 (2) No 1041/67/EEC4 on detailed rules for the of Regulation (EEC) No 1426/71 shall be added to application of export refunds on products subject to the Regulation listed in the first sentence of Article 8 a single price system, as last amended by Regulation ( 1 ) of Regulation No 1041/67/EEC. (EEC) No 377/70,5 should be extended to the products in question ; Article 4

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 July are in accordance with the Opinion of the 1971 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
