REGULATION (EEC) No 1536/71 OF THE COMMISSION of 19 July 1971 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1097/68 as regards the coefficients used for deriving intervention prices for beef and veal in France

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Regulation (EEC) No 1097/68 are thereby rendered MUNITIES, inapplicable; whereas the list of coefficients given in that Regulation should therefore be adjusted to that Having regard to the Treaty establishing the grading system ; European Economic Community ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No are in accordance with the Opinion of the 805/68 1 of 27 June 1968 on the common organisation Management Committee for Beef and Veal ; of the market in beef and veal , as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1253 /70,2 and in particular Article 6 (4) thereof; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC ) No 1097/683 Article 1 of 27 July 1968, on detailed rules for the application of intervention measures on the market in beef and The Annex to this Regulation shall be substituted for veal, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1809/69 ,4 fixed the coefficients referred to in Article the section relating to France in Annex I to Regulation ( EEC ) No 1097/68 6 ( 1 ) b of Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 in application of the rules laid down in Article 4 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 972/685 of 15 July 1968 laying down general rules for intervention on Article 2 the market in beef and veal; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day Whereas France has amended its grading system for following its publication in the Official Journal of the beef and veal ; whereas the coefficients fixed by European Communities .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
