REGULATION (EEC) No 1638/71 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 July 1971 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2683/70 as regards the advance fixing of the export refund on full-cream milk powder

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ possible in view of current prices on the international MUNITIES, market;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation European Economic Community ; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Milk and Milk Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Products ; 804/681 of 27 June 1968 on the common organisation of the market in milk and milk products, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1410/71 ,2 and in HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : particular Article 17 (4) thereof; Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2683/703 of 29 December 1970 laying down special procedures Tariff sub-heading No ex 04.02 A II (a) 2 shall be for the advance fixing of export refunds on milk and deleted from the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No milk products, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) 2683/70 . No 994/71 ,4 precludes the advance fixing of the refund on milk powder of a fat content by weight Article 2 exceeding 11% but not exceeding 17% exported to Chile ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the third Whereas advance fixing of the refund for the product day following its publication in the Official Journal and destination referred to above has become of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
