REGULATION (EEC) No 1795/71 OF THE COMMISSION

of 17 August 1971 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1097/68 as regards storage conditions and the definition of forequarters and hindquarters of adult bovine animals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : MUNITIES,

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; The following shall be substituted for Article 4 (2) of Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Regulation (EEC) No 1097/68 : 805/68 1 of 27 June 1968 on the common organisation of the market in beef and veal, as last amended by '2 .
