REGULATION (EEC) No 91 /72 OF THE COMMISSION of 13 January 1972 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1437/70 on storage contracts for table wine

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation MUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Wine ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 816/701 of 28 April 1970 laying down additional provisions for the common organization of the Article 1 market in wine, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2722/71 ,2 and in particular Article 6 (4) thereof; Article 6 (2 ) of Regulation ( EEC ) No 1437/70 is hereby repealed. Whereas, as a result of the amendment made to Article 6 (3 ) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 1437/703 of 20 July 1970 on storage contracts for table wine by Regulation (EEC) No 1784/71 ,4 the amount of aid for the various types of table wine This Regulation shall enter into force on the third was fixed for an unlimited period ; whereas, day following its publication in the Official Journal consequently, Article 6 (2) should be repealed ; ' of the European Communities .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
