REGULATION (EEC) No 765 /72 OF THE COMMISSION

on a second amendment to Regulation (EEC) No 1020/70 on recording quotations and fixing average prices for table wines

Article4¶
Article 1 In the Italian version of Article 8 (2) (e) of Regulation (EEC) No 1020/70, the words 'per il periodo in questione le transazioni considerate' shall be 1 . Article 10 of Regulation (EEC) No 1020/70 shall be 3 . Article 3 ( 1 ) (c) of Regulation (EEC) No amended as follows : 1020/70 shall be amended to read as follows : ' 1 .
