REGULATION (EEC) No 1397/72 OF THE COMMISSION

of 30 June 1972

fixing the amount of the reimbursement and amount of the levy for offsetting storage costs for sugar for the 1972/73 marketing year

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ for sugar, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No MUNITIES, 335/71 ,6 lays down that the reimbursement shall be fixed per 100 kilogrammes of white sugar;
