REGULATION (EEC) No 1499/72 OF THE COMMISSION of 13 July 1972

amending Regulation No 467/67/EEC as regards the processing costs for the various stages of rice processing

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation MUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 359/67/EEC1 of 25 July 1967 on the common Article 1 organization of the market in rice, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2726/71 ,2 and in particular The following shall be substituted for Article 2 of Article 19 thereof; Regulation No 467/67/EEC :

Whereas the processing costs to be taken into ' 1 .
