REGULATION (EEC) No 1600/72 OF THE COMMISSION of 20 July 1972 amending the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1373/70 on common detailed rules for the application of . the system of import and export licences and advance fixing certificates for agricultural products subject to a single price system
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM Conditions of Accession and the Adjustments to the MUNITIES, Treaties ; whereas the technical adaptations made necessary by the accession of the new Member States must be made to the Regulation ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty concerning the accession of the Kingdom of Denmark, Ireland, the Kingdom of Norway and the United Kingdom of Great Britain Article 1 and Northern Ireland to the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community ; The specimen forms of applications for licences and certificates, licences and certificates and extracts of licences and certificates shown in the Annex to this Having regard to the Act concerning the Conditions Regulation shall be substituted for those shown in of Accession and the Adjustments to the Treaties, the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1373 /70. and in particular Articles 30 and 153 thereof;
Article 2 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1373/701 of 10 July 1970 on common detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February licences and advance fixing certificates for agri 1973 . However, applications for licences and cultural products subject to a single price system, certificates, licences and certificates, and extracts of as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2849/71 ,2 licences and certificates may be drawn up on the old is mentioned in Annex II to the Act concerning the forms until 31 December 1973 .
