REGULATION (EEC) No 1603/72 OF THE COMMISSION of 26 July 1972 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2637/70 as regards exports of colza and rape seed to Denmark and Great Britain

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ valid from the date on which they are issued until the MUNITIES, end of the following six months;

Having regard to Council Regulation No 162/66/EEC of 27 October 1966s on trade in oils and Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the fats between the Community and Greece; Management Committee for Oils and Fats ;

Having regard to Council Regulation No 142/67/EEC4 of 21 June 1967 on export refunds on colza, rape and sunflower seeds, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2556/70,5 and in particular HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 6 thereof;

Whereas in pursuance of Article 11 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2637/706 of 23 December 1970 on special detailed rules for the application of the Article 1 system of import and export licences and advance fixing certificates for agricultural products, as last Article 11 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 2637/70 shall amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1167/72,7 advance be supplemented by the following : fixing certificates for colza and rape seed of a given quality, exported to Denmark and Great Britain, are 'However, as regards exports to Denmark ,and Great Britain, the expiry date for certificates shall be not later than 31 January 1973 .'

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable, in all Member States .
