TITLE II Article 17

Article26¶
Up to 31 August 1973 Member States may make the 1 . In this case these particulars shall be entered in Section 23 . Member States shall communicate to the Commission without delay the measures taken for the application of this Regulation. Article 25
1 . The accompanying documents must be kept for Article 28 at least 5 years . This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal 2. The records provided for in this Regulation and the document concerning the operations entered of the European Communities. therein must be kept for at least 5 years after the stocks to which they refer have been, exhausted. It shall apply from 1 January 1973 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
