REGULATION (EEC) No 2106/72 OF THE COMMISSION of 2 October 1972 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1600/72 amending the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1373/70 on common detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export licences and advance fixing certificates for agricultural products subject to a single price system

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ licences and advance fixing certificates for MUNITIES , agricultural products subject to a single price system are not the same as the titles appearing in the authenticated English translation of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1373 /704 of 10 July 1970, as Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1600/72 ; Economic Community ; whereas the same English should appear in both Regulations ; Having regard to the Treaty concerning the Accession of the Kingdom of Denmark, Ireland, the Kingdom of Norway and the United Kingdom of Great Britain HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : and Northern Ireland to the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community1 ; Article 1

This Regulation shall enter into force on the same date as Regulation (EEC) No 1600/72.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
