REGULATION (EEC) No 2163 /72 OF THE COUNCIL of 10 October 1972

amending Regulation (EEC) No 2780/71 temporarily suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on a certain number of products

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Article 1 European Economic Community, and in particular to Table III in the Annex of Regulation (EEC) No Article 28 thereof, 2780/71 shall be amended as follows :

Having regard to the draft regulation submitted by CCT heading Description Rate of the Commission, No of goods autonomous duties

Whereas the Council, in its Regulation (EEC) No instead of : 2780/71 1 totally suspended the levying of the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duty on ex 29.44 C Gentamycine total suspension gentamycine under subheading No ex 29.44 C from 1 read : January 1972 to 30 June 1973 ; ex 29.44 C Gentamycine and salts thereof total suspension Whereas at present production of salts of gentamycine under the same subheading in the Community is nil; whereas it is therefore in the Article 2 interests of the Community totally to suspend the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duty on salts of This Regulation shall enter into force on the third gentamycine for the sarre period as that provided for day following its publication in the Official Journal in respect of gentamycine itself, of the European Communities .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
