REGULATION (EEC) No 2317/72 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 October 1972 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2107/72 of the Commission of 2 October 1972 fixing the standard average values for citrus fruits to be applied during the periods at the beginning of the 1972/73 importing season
