REGULATION (EEC) No 2481/72 OF THE COMMISSION
of 28 November 1972 amending Regulation (EEC) No 757/71 on special rules of application for granting aid for exports of skimmed milk powder for use as feed and skimmed milk processed into compound feedingstuffs
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM Whereas the description of the goods in question MUNITIES , ' given in the Annex to the Regulations fixing refunds on milk and milk products has been Having regard to the Treaty establishing the amended with effect from 1 December 1972; European Economic Community ; whereas the description of goods in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 757/71 should be Having regard to the Council Regulation (EEC) amended accordingly; No 804/681 of 27 June 1968 on the common organisation of the market in milk and milk Whereas the measures provided for in this products, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion No 1411 /71 ,2 and in particular Article 10 (3 )- of the Management Committee for Milk and thereof; Milk Products ;
Whereas the second subparagraph of Article 2 ( 1 ) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 986/683 of 15 July 1968 laying down general HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : rules for granting aid for skimmed milk and skimmed milk powder for use as feed, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 673/71 ,4 Article 1 provides that an amount equal to the aid shall be levied on skimmed milk or skimmed milk powder exported in the form of denatured The Annex to this Regulation shall be sub skimmed milk powder or of compound feeding stituted for the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 757/71 . stuffs; whereas the amounts to be levied were fixed by Council Regulation (EEC) No 757/71 5 on special rules of application for granting Article 2 aid for exports of skimmed milk powder for use as feed and skimmed milk processed into compound feedingstuffs , as last amended by This Regulation shall enter into force on Regulation (EEC) No 674/726 ; 1 December 1972 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
