REGULATION (EEC) No 2823/72 OF THE COUNCIL of 28 December 1972 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1653/72 for the purpose of fixing, for the 1972/73 marketing year, the guide prices for calves and adult bovine animals applicable in the new Member States
