REGULATION (EEC) No 256/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 January 1973 fixing the import levy on molasses

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the levy at present in force COMMUNITIES , should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community; Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/67/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : EEC (*) of 18 December 1967 on the common organ­ isation of the market in sugar, as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 174/73 (2), and in particular Article 14 (7) thereof; The levy referred to in Article 14 ( 1 ) of Regulation No 1009/67/EEC is, in respect of molasses, hereby Whereas the import levy on molasses was fixed by fixed as shown in the Annex to this Regulation. Regulation (EEC) No 1395/72 (3) and subsequent amending Regulations ; Article 2 Whereas lit follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC ) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 1395/72 to the information at present available to 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
