REGULATION (EEC) No 370/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 January 1973 fixing compensatory amounts for poultrymeat products other than chicks and slaughtered poultry, whole

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN levies on derived poultrymeat products, as last COMMUNITIES , amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1007/68 (6);

N.B. : For products falling within heading No 02.03 and subheadings Nos 15.01 B and 16.02 B I of the Common Customs Tariff, in respect of which the rate of duty has been bound within GATT, the compensatory amounts shall be limited to the amount resulting from that binding.
