( l ) Where durum wheat originating in Morocco is transported directly from that country to the Community, the levy is reduced by 0·50 u . a . /metric ton . {') Where maize originating in the AASM and OCT is imported into the French Overseas Departments , the levy is reduced by 6 u . a . /metric ton . (') Where maize originating in Tanzania , Uganda and Kenya is imported into the Community , the levy is reduced by 1 u . a . /metric ton . (') The import levy charged on rye produced in Turkey and transported directly from that country to the Community is laid down in Council Regulation (EEC) No 1234/71 and Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2622/71 .
