making a fourth amendment to the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1576/72 as regards the differential amounts for colza and rape seed

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1576/72 (6) of 24 July 1972, as last amended by This Regulation shall enter into force on 27 Regulation (EEC) No 310/73 (7), laid down detailed February 1973 . It shall apply from 26 February rules of . application for Regulation (EEC) No 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
