HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : The following Article is added after Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 473 /73 :

Article1

Article 1 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 473/73 is 1 . The United Kingdom shall forthwith replaced by the following : communicate to the other Member States and to the Commission the quantities of sugar, '2. sion by the end of each month at the latest the Article 4 quantities of sugar which have benefited from 1 .
