REGULATION (EEC ) No 741 /73 OF THE COMMISSION of 5 March 1973 altering the ' monetary' compensatory amounts

Whereas , pursuant to Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 , ' monetary' compensatory amounts must be altered if the difference referred to in Article 2(1 ) Article 2 of that Regulation changes by at least 1 point from the percentage taken as a basis for the preceding deter­ This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its mination ; whereas the compensatory amounts must be publication in the Official Journal of the European altered in line with the change in the difference ; Communities. It shall apply from 5 March 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
