Germ of cereals , whole , rolled , flaked or ground , falls in all cases within heading No 11.02 . (•) Pursuant to Regulation No 189/66/EEC the product falling within subheading No 17.02 B I is subject to the same levy as products falling within subheading No 17.02 B II .
