REGULATION ( EEC) No 886/ 73 OF THE COUNCIL of 2 April 1973 temporarily suspending the autonomous duties in the Common Customs Tariff on ethylene dibromide of subheading ex 29.02 A III

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it is in the interest of the Community to COMMUNITIES , extend this measure ; whereas in view of the difficulty in making an accurate assessment of short term Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European economic trends in that sector, the extension of this Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 measure should be limited to 30 June 1973 ; thereof ; Having regard to the Draft Regulation submitted by HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : the Commission ; Article 1 Whereas production in the Community of ethylene dibromide of subheading ex 29.02 A III of the From 1 April to 30 June 1973 the autonomous duty Common Customs Tariff is currently inadequate ; in the Common Customs Tariff on ethylene whereas producers are therefore unable to meet the dibromide of subheading ex 29.02 A III shall be needs of user industries in the Community ; totally suspended . Whereas by Regulation (EEC) No 2726/72 ( J ), the Article 2 Council totally suspended the Common Customs Tariff duty on this product from 1 January to 31 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April March 1973 ; 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
